Have removed the 4 torque's bits on the underside, and the 3 on the top, bumper seems to still be secured either under the rear lights/on the rear arches?
please help!

look near where the arches join the bumper theres a cap you have to flip open to access the last 2 screws either side

I see the clip thingies you mean.
Ended up removing one arch and the bumper slid off
