been using the same sim card for years now got a 'colour' phone but can't send mms messages, it just says 'service denied'.

i can go on gprs fine but cant send receive mms?

help please

been told by o2 that i'll have to get a new sim and then get my number changed onto a newer card. wankers. aint a sim card a sim card?

ure link doesnt work....u MIGHT have to change tarrifs etc as well mate....might cost u more money per month

mine isnt GPRS or MMS enabled.....and i cant get it done!!!

You can get your number transferred to a contract with o2 but yeah it will leave you without a phone for a day or so while it goes through their system

Oh right sorry mate. If you do get the new sim it might not take 2 days for the transfer to go through. They give that as a guideline just to cover themselves so you could be lucky.

Im just saying they give a week as a guidline for transferring as if their system crashes (as it always seems to) then they dont get a load of abuse if it takes longer than 2 days

when i asked he said buy a new o2 sim and it would be days, then i asked about an o2 online sim and he said it would take longer

is mms worth it?

an o2 online sim can be delivered as soon as you want it to be it just means if you want it by 10am the next morning you will have to pay otherwise its 3 working days

It's a nice toy to have but after a while I found I just stopped sending them. It's cheaper to wait until you see the drunken fool you took the pic of again and then lay waste
