im using a laptop with broadband, have this belkin wireless modem connected. know idea on what it includes and how it works lol so quite a pointless reply

not bein stupid or nuffin, but is your phone line connected to the modem?
i couldnt find my dsl when i was settin mine up cos of that very reason

including where your filters are etc.

try start > run > type "cmd"

then type "ping 66.102.7.104"

if you get request timed out there defo is no connection
