Some might not as they make think the fact that you don't have a job but still have money coming in is a bit dodgy and don't want you there

aye i know of some places in nottingham you have to be in a full time job, no pets and no kids.

theyll ask for work references normally
not many places accept DSS and as long as your over 18 most places will give you a tenancy however theyll ask for a guarantor if your under 25 ( well my landlord did )
