Some engines have an SFi box, others dont. why ??

Please explain some1.

and if there are limitations to the engine with the SFi please discuss. would like to clear up my confusion.

if you mean the Black SFi cover sitting above the inlet manifold i think this is just due to people running different Inlet manifolds i could be wrong though

I think the Cover with SFi on it isnt at all important just covers the mess that is the Inlet manifold

Yes, quite a few on here have opted for throttle bodies
