Just got my K750i... Lovely phone. One problem, I get random restarts. It just looks like it switches off, then back on, and goes 'Network searching'.
Anyone else got a problem like this?

Do I have to take this to a place to fix, or can I do it from home?

We've been told to stop selling the K750i on O2, some problem with it freezing up.
Mine has done it quite afew times already & Im on my 2nd one.
I was actually suprised to hear that its not a fault with the phone, its O2's network that causes it to do it. All the other networks are fine.
O2 is fuckin ghey

I think its more a problem with the network, hence why only O2 ones are affected....

I know mate, but they'll have to find a fix wont they? There are ALOT of users on O2 - and they'll want a K750i. They can't stop selling them for O2 network.
If I went into a shop, and asked to buy a K750i - sim free, and they told me I couldn't use it on O2, I would be pissed. Really bad.

So, they'll get rid of it for the o2 network totally? That's not fair. They should make the phone for the network, not the phone, and then it's tough shit if ya on o2...

Reepah, wat james says is true. regradless where it was brought from as long as it is within 1 year old, which it is.
Carphone wharehouse has a repaire center all u need to do is take the phone there n leave it with them for an hour or 2 they will get the firmware updated.
if u live in surrey area.. theres one in Richmond and Greenford that i know off.
