you only go as fast as you want to round a track, to be honest you prob give ya car more stick on the road, ie pot holes, sh*t on the road, you dont get that on a track, ye the brakes get more stick but if anyone had any worrys about that i would change em, and the coilovers are made for the job!!!

oh and its got new tyres, the car is always warmed up and cooled down even though it aint a turbo.
