I'm looking into putting a PC into a car, not mine
I've seen some pics on here before
I think the hardest thing would be fitting a 7" screen in the centre console.
any pics of ones that have been done would be good
Thanks

Wasn't there a post on here not long ago with centre consoles ready made to house a screen?
Buy one of them and it will save you a load of time!

Making the tv fit wouldnt be too hard. If i was provided with the centre console plastic i could make something fairly easily so it wouldnt cost your too much.
I recently made this for Martin, feel free to u2u him about the work

Or you could just buy a double din tv head unit? They still come with a 6" screen?

Ideally, it'd need to be VGA compatible so you'd get better definition.

thaks guys
i can build something similar for any one out there. If i was supplied with the TV and current bits of dash i could probably make these for about the £100 mark depending on the car. Definately for the corsa c as shown above

You could buy a 7" VGA screen, or a 7.5" VGA USB touch screen off of this site: http://www.mp3playerstore.com
