What size are the wheels, it could just be because they are so big, on a small car.. It sounded like balancing, though you say its done.. When you go over 50mph does it go away? On my car It vibrates at 50/60mph then goes away at speeds over that, might just be a case of putting up with it?!

There are loads of things.

Track rod ends, tie rod bushes, warped discs (if its even worse under braking),

which is worse as itll wear the wheel bearing out
and the drum could come off and the tyre will wear out quickly

17 inch wheels, 7.5 wide, second hand, they are kurbed, but all have new tyres and have been balanced, had tracking done other day, track rod ends were slightly seized but its still the same now

wheels may be balenced but still may be buckled
the two front steelies on my corsa are buckeled but they are balenced
it shakes around 50mph

langey its best to have the best pair of wheels and tyres on the back or itll over sterr when you dont need it
its easyer to catch understeer than oversteer

That's bad wheel balance or no spiggot rings, mine does that but it's between 60 and 70 mph, once I get to about 80 it's nice and smooth. Too bad my car doesn't cruise at that speed

they are second hand wheels mate, and if they were buckled, they would have been able to tell when they were on the balancing machine
