Funnily enough my old PowerBlow has done exactly the same as in those pics, it currently leans up against my parents garage wall!
I was going to bung it on eBay as I doubt anyone that knew anything about cars would want it!

my rubber bracket broke other day. (only had it about 5 months)
took it back and he fixed a new one back on, put some tie wraps roundit to make it that bit stronger

the person that fits it has no control over the quality of the metal

Turriff Tyres did a spot on job to mine and alot of people's cars local to me.
A lot of people dont understand the concept of a "franchise"
As for quality specify you want Grade 304

Exactly so doesnt matter how long they take to fit it.
Powerflow are crap and the welds and quality of stainless cannot match that of a S/S off the shelf item.

i went there once as the Croydon branch screwed me around. They are good but if you have a low car, it's a pain in the butt to get in there

As I've found out, the "lifetime" guarantee doesn't cover surface-rust......it can have 100% surface-rust, and neither Powerflow nor the garage who fitted it (this might be down to each individual garage, but Top Gear in Burnley absolutely refused to do anything with it, which meant a completely nice waste of money) will touch it with a barge-pole until the rust causes a hole in the metal itself.

I've had mine on the Astra fitted by Top Gear in Aylesbury, only had one problem and it was just a bracket that had to be moved slightly (near the cat) apart from that it's been fine.
Had it fitted in April.

It's currently sat in my parents' garage, back home, after having been taken off the car 9 months after it was fitted (the pics linked in my original post were after 9 months of it having been fitted to the car). That was about 2 years ago now, maybe 3......I went to Trading Standards, the garage just pretty much ignored them and sent them a very brief "no, we're not fixing it" letter, after which Trading Standards advised I take them to Small Claims Court.
Due to the charges involved with doing that, and the possible risk of getting a 208-year-old JP whose opinion is that "an exhaust is an exhaust", I reluctantly decided against taking it further......wasted my money, an expensive lesson learned, but I won't be going anywhere near a Powerflow exhaust or Top Gear branch ever again.
