was told this week that Maxlive London (usually held in the Excel building) is not gonna happen this november... maxpower have had to cancel this event due to traders pulling out, the past 2 years this event has been going on not enough people have been buying things from the traders, so without the backing of them it cannot go ahead

so next event is Maxlive Birmingham July next year


im sure a lot of you really arent bothered but there were people asking me at Birmingham this year...

seems a pity, however max power this year was pretty poor, seems to be going downhill IMHO, the cruisestrip was far better this year however

its coz they are charging far to much to hold a trade stall on there when i was at oxygen theywere wanting 7grand for the basic 1 car stand

I agree there, they offered us a 3mx3m (same size as a standard Gazebo) trade stand, for £1700 for 3 days. It's way too expensive.

Dont worry Max Power Live is shoot anyway just like the magazine!!

Too much crap + higher prices = no one goes!

Max Power is the Maccy D's of the car world, Trying to make people think that all the crap they put in the mags is actually quality!! And for 16 year old chavs to spend there paper round money to see a pair of tits!!!

You can only polish a turd for so long and then it dissaperes!!
