Oh dear...

Only fitting them about two months ago

Took it back to the place I got it and they basically gave me a load of attitude about how they have never seen a bump stop in that state before blah blah blah, they won't give me a refund untill they have sent it back for Powerflex to look at!!

Gimps!!

I know pic quality is crap - taken on camera phone!!

should really have gave you a new set or refund as your contract of sale is with who sold you them not the manufacturer..

I had this argument in a shop when an armani t shirt shrunk and they said they would send it back to armani then get in touch with me, i had none of it and stayed in shop and complained till they gave me a refund...

they must have been faulty to go like that after 2 months

I tried argueing that with them Mav, stupid little chav bitch behind the counter was having none of it tho

Sly - They go on the actual suspension strut itself.

The others all seem fine, think it was probably just a duff one. Powerflex ones have a lifetime warrenty so I'll get my £££ back whatever but apparently they wanted it sent back as they have never had one even split apparently...well mine didn't split it crumbled into three pieces Might explain why the shock was banging

If the shock is goosed then it will load the bump stop more than its designed to take.

There's your answer then, stop has failed. Contract is with the shop not with the supplier, if that helps your case.
