Myth 1:
How long do points stay on your license?? some say 3 years some say 4??

Myth 2:
Do you have to pull over for an unmarked police car, i thought there was a thing where you didnt have to incase it was someone acting as an undercover car that may rape a women, or nick your car?? or is this a myth?

4 years, and ask for ID before getting out of your car or whatever (normal cop would do this by default anyway).

no2/ aknowlege the car by showing your hazzards and drive to a safe place.

1. Three years, the fourth year is the period in which you apply to the DVLA to have them removed.

2. The unmarked unit must radio for marked assistance who will then perform the stop. If you must stop, drive to a safe place.

Women alone do not have to stop after a certain time and I vbelive as Ian mentioned, a marked car should pull you ove

for number 2, i was always wondering this. Ive seen tonnes of unmarked cars round our area pulling people over, but it aint exactly hard to put flashing blue lights and a siren on yer car is it.

I got an SP30 in November 2001. So as this November will be the 4th year, how do I 'apply' to have it removed?

send liscence back to dvla with a note saying remove my points you twats
