Looking through the traffic offence codes today and what penalties they carry, and noticed for example an SP30 carries a maximum fine of £1000 and 1-6 points, has anyone ever known anyone get 1 or 2 points for a speeding offence??? infact i dont know anyone who has received one point for anythig so why bother?

Anything to make money. £60 and 3 points. Haven't told the insurance yet I'm scared to.

C3 costing £724 - 1.4
Saxo costing £640 - 1.1

Almost hit the back of another car at 90 a couple of weeks back. It was wet and locked up, was heading straight into the back of this car. Tried to steer out of it but had no grip at all Somehow i got grip and stopped in time.

Would have been a right mess
