coolent temp sensor?
is it a 8v?
is it the one on the inlet manifold?

the ambient air temp sensor will cost about £10 from vauxhall new.

i got a new one, fitted it but turns out wires are fooked in mine due to a leccy problem some time ago

my temp gauge on the clock doesnt work (for the outisde temp) and my engine temp gauge doesnt work either, so im not sure which sensors i need, think its the two above, and its a 1.4 16v !

I will post you a outside temp sensor for a fiver!
and if you pop your bonnet and look at the left hand corner near the cam cover you will find the coolant sensor it goes into the thermostat housing
9/10 the wire has come off and just needs sliding back on

have you checked that the wire hasnt been knocked off yet mate?
