someone who knows there way around a vtr, just a simple question for them
where is the ecu?and what does it roughly look like.
my g'f has got a vtr lump to put into her 106. everything is there loom, gearbox drive shafts etc. but the ecu im unsure about.
if someone could just let me know what it looks like or even where i would find it in the car

the ecu is in front of the passenger seat if i remember correctly, inside the car over the passengers feet under the dash

^ correct. If you look below the glove box there is a slot with a grove you can pull out
