Hey guys, my corsa seems 2 be using a load of petrol recently, the inside of the exhuast is well black and sooty also (clean it regularly but after 20-30 miles its black again)

when its cold there is a strong smell of petrol but normally there isnt, (this is mainly in the mornings)

just wondering which sensors control the fuel mixture and could be giving out a duff reading, or may need cleaning, have changed the ICV and lambda sensors at the moment, as i was getting error codes about the lambda and ICV also it wasnt idling proper, it kept pinking

AFM being Air Flow Meter?? any ideas how much these are?

been doing a couple of searches, and it seems like its possible there is an airleak also? as in there is less air getting into the engine than it actually thinks there is, how do you check for this?

how do you check for them though?

a vaccum leak would result poor idling?? and exhaust leak would be blowing, unsure on how to check for an air leak really
