On my stolen/recovered Sri Rebuild Project I have been given a Piper Cone to fit (as the twoccers stole my standard air box!) but have noticed that there is a plug that I assume used to attach to the 'standard' air filters system. I am going to be fitting the 'piper cone' this week (got the piping for it) but wondered whether I need to terminate the plug and if so what with?

looks like your missing an airflow meter there mate, I'm guessing thats where that plug was (not 100%, as mine isnt done on a AFM)

you'll need one of these and the associated trunking

shud go into the AFM as shown here



u will need to get one of them before u put the induction kit on...

Sri-Co... been a week nearly now.. Sent you money, U2U confirmed you'd received it and that you'd posted it. Nothing received in post yet and u2u's now not getting answered? Just wondered whats happening as my car goes into garage on Friday to get it all back on the road and required this part to fit the air filter?

no no no, that aint a airflow meter plug, there was no airflow meter on that models, u get that plug on 8valves 1.2/1.4 just chuck it to fcuk, its not for the airflow meter

Still need the piping though! Hopin Sri-Co will come through and that there is just a delay in postage.
