what litre is the engine?
also if you've just fitted them today it'll take a few weeks at least to bed in.

youre best changing the shocks as your standard shocks arnt going to last very long at all, also with new shocks it will lower it slightly and it does take a couple of weeks to settle

give it time it will drop when its bedded in.
and change ya shocks standard shocks can only cope with a drop upto 40mm a 60 mm drop on standard shocks will have the top of ya shock comin throu the turret with a big bump.

well the front springs will have a higher poundage rate than what is needed for a 1.2 so the front will be higher than what it would have been on a sri.

like whats been said dude, get some better shocks others wise it'll be uber bumpy and standard shocks will die quick.

i think better shocks tend to be shorter as far as i'm aware?
i think the sport/sri/gsi come with better springs and shocks, best off getting some aftermarkets though, my sport is -40 on standard shocks and very bumpy

Doesn't sound right too me, either they're not 60mm springs or the shocks are limiting it. I fitted 60mm on the front of mine and it lowered straight away. And i kept the standard shocks.

Yea, i fitted them to the Gsi which admitidly sits lower to start with...maybe its the shocks then? one way to find out is to unbolt the shock from the bottom and just let the car rest on the spring, see how low it sits.
