bought a bluetooth dongle for my samsung d500. When i plug it into any of the USB ports it isn't recognised. My dad tried it on his laptop & it was recognised instantly.
What do i need for it to work on this PC, is there a program i can download?
If anyone can help that would be great.
cheers.

I have a bluetooth dongle, but it came with an installation cd, windows should try and instal it anyway if you don't have any software.

Depends what version of Windows you're running. XP will pick up USB devices, anything before and you'll need drivers!
