Is there anything like this online?

Just wondering if there is something where you can work out the monthly payments you would have on properties of a certain value e.t.c.

The House/gaff thread has got me thinking.

but to be honest its only very rough... all it is a calculator... Alot of it depends your personal out goings / incomings which you can only do when you sit down with a mortgage advisor..
