as i havnt really used access that much i need yous guys help on this one.
when you have a drop down options box in one of the cells of a spreadsheet thingy.. i can only enter 4 options onto this dropdown box..
but i want to enter a lot of options into this dropdown box
you get me ?

well you know you can have different things in the cells.. and one of them is a dropdown box yeah...
well i can only enter 4 thingys into this options list.. so only 4 are being shown on the list, where i actually need around 10 options

nope its a user that has called it through mate.. i dont actually have any access tables created and i dont wanna fart around making one just to see how to do this...

user has got the table up infront of him with 8 options written in the lookup table
then when he goes to the main sheet he can only see 4 of the 8 options on the dropdown box..
if that makes sence

I'm so glad that the National Curriculem for A level Computer Science only required me to be able to program Q BASIC... I would have probably been able to help you if we learned something worthwhile

the wizard should show all the data in it and the user selects which data they want to be displayed. so cant he just delete it and try the wizard again? or just create a new drop down menu??

its sorted now.. i just asked him to save the table and everything then shut it and re open it.. tis fine now..
