fucking useless, they have fixed some problems with my car but not all of them, they have butchered my dash with screwdrivers and somehow covered the heater controls in glue which has covered the face of my alpine hu and will not come off and where they tried to clean it has scratched it all and left it looking shite!! And something they broke last time they didnt fix because its not covered by my warrenty but they broke it and now want £110 to fix it 
They will be getting a very moany phone call tommorow

no they delivered it back to my work and left it, they left a note saying they had caused some damage and that they would fix it at their expense

I got my car from there and the warrenty is with them otherwise it wouldnt be going back.

Rachel had exactly the same problem with hers, she had a bulb out behind her dash and because the car was a day old her mum took it back to have it replaced, they managed to butcher the dash with chips and marks all over it, so her mum dropped it off informed them that it was'nt good enough and left it there, they fixed it that day with new dash trim around the heater controls and vents.

i would go in and if they refuse to do anything ask for the manager of the place and then get his full details and say you will be in contact with them via a lawyer and they will shit them sekf and then pay up for all the work!!

car was goin in tommorro to have airbag light sorted out and code read for EML and they want £36 to do that, rip off
