If you undo the stud axle to loosen it, then slide a bit of hack saw bladed snapped to the right length on the bottom and tigthen it, then you have abotu the right rear camber.
But not needed on a road car at all really.

i was told i could grind the nasty metal stuff that the wheels catching off, But im not sure about this bonding the arch back on stuff

I would trim the arches and bond the plastic back on before I would go changing the camber...
