12 for a ban, your circumstances and those surrounding the offence will be considered though, only sure way of knowing what is happening is to go to court.
What happened?

What if the circumstances were driving a very fast car racing your own car which someone else was driving

To be truthful, if you drive without insurance i think you should be locked up as your just as dangerous as a looney with a shot gun with no safety

Well don't expect them to be easy on "the person". I thought no insurance was 6 to 12 points. If this is the case they could easily give 9 in the above circumstances.

Was just curious to that one above lol! Got stopped while slightly going too fast against my car but just got told there was a back brake light out phew!
But I got caught later that night again and asked for my insurance as I didnt look old enough to own a car of that standard
Then the police was later surprised to find that the owner of the car was actually 3 years younger than me
