i want to refurb my wheels, and spray then black as in the pic below.... can someone give me a quick guide of how to do it please ? (tight budget + rattle cans lol  )

Sand down using wt and dry, clean primer, paint  what i did

what i did:
1) filled the spokes the had chunks missing out of them
2) sanded them down
3) I didn't prime as i often find priming over already painted surfaces can lead to cracking paint etc
4) black undercoat (substitute for prima), a few layers quite thick
5) metallic black overcoat, quite thin stuff gave very smooth finish
6) Laccuer next day, lil more smoothness and strenght.
all people that saw them when they were on were gobsmacked when i told them i had done them myself as they were so smooth!!!
obviously helped a lil from camera flash but you can see they are pretty good! (and yes they are tigra alloys)

pmsl you barstools.
thats just after i put em on, so they've had some tyre black, and you can't really see the brakes as they are in shadow (they show there as the camera had flash on), and i've just had new drums on back so they are nice and shiny. but we aren't discussing how our brakes and tyres look are we?
