nope 18mm duel thick MDF its solid and a superb fit you couldnt tell the difference between factory and this 1 apart from the weight

2 channel jbl 400
jbl gt4 12" sub
jbl 6x9's
2 x 10" alpine type r's

and the shop closes at 6pm
