Right looking for some advice for new ICE in my new car!

ive really loved my JL gear over the last few years, but as im buying all new gear i thought id look around for different options!

im going for some Focal 165K2P Front Components but thats as far as ive got!

Im keeping my nakamichi headunit for now but looking to get a Alpine touch screen after a little while as its the easy way to get a screen without custom dash bits etc!

so what do people recommend for an amp for the Focals and 2 12 inch subs and an amp to run them!

at the mo was looking at 2 12W3s and a 500/1 to run them and then a 300/2 to run the fronts!

but can i get better for the money or can i get more for less money!

advice please

what about 2 of these:

http://www.icebuyer.co.uk/product.asp?product=20569

can run the fronts at 4 ohms at 180 watts eacha nd then if i got W3s i could run them at 300 watts each at 2 ohms!

or theres the LRX range which are abit better!

What about the new directed audio amps, like th elook of them and fairly priced, also love the look of the Phoenix Gold Xenon amps and always been happy with my PG amps in the past!

any of them any good?

well not getting the focal K2Ps now as they arnt selling them anymore as they said they are prone to breaking and the warrenty problems they'd had were really bad!

so they are giving me these for the same price:

http://www.icebuyer.co.uk/product.asp?product=21382

TBH the spec looks good and they look alrite, and for £170 instead of £300 aint bad

they are only 75watts RMS so i dont need such a powerful amp as i would for the Focals!

i was looking at the LRX audison amps rather than the SRX now as i they look abit better spec wise!

always had the impression that the Genisis amps were good but never known anyone to run them! are they worth the extra money!

as for the subs not really heard of them and i know its wrong to go on looks but dont really like the look of them TBH!

Focals dont often break and i dont know much about DB Audio.

Why not go for a set of rainbox front comps, thats what i would buy now if i ever got another set.

im only going on what ive been told!

I only went for the Focals as they were cheap and i wanted to try something new so this is the perfect chance to try something new with the DBs, if i dont like them i will sell on and probably buy some rainbows as ive been looking at them!

The DBs have a good spec and kevlar woofers and silk tweeters so prety similar!

Look here >>>> www.morelusa.com
And Here >>>> www.imagedynamicsusa.com

And get Morel WR8's in the doors and some ID CD2 Horns under the dash. You wont be dissappointed.
