broke my phone on sat rang yesterday at 6pm just as they were closing and my new mobile arrived at 9am this morn. cant beat that for service

I worked for o2 and they were absoulute crap TBH If you knew some of the stuff i knew you would not wanna stay with them

iv never ahd a prob other than i cud do with more mins n text but every1 wants that. this is twice iv used the insurance and they have been fine both times. i tell them i fell down some steps so they must feel sorry for me hahaha when really i got angry n chucked my phone at the wall.

i but i used to work for vodafone, and would say exactly the same thing about them mate, working there all day you find out the shite out, think all the service providers have the same problem as they all employ the same gimps in call centres well majority of gimps
