what to get just sold my 2.2 astra got around 6k to spend looked at a 328i sport but gone off the idea of a auto box, would like a astra sri turbo but none around in that price range, cant really go anything mad or jap because of insurance only 20.

328is manual nice cars.

I'd go for an integra myself, you'll struggle to insure it though.
