and i'm absolutely fooked thought i'd take dog out for a walk, 1st time i've taken him out,thought id run round block with him cud keep up with him only for a short time the dog wasn't even panting

wayne i ran up the stairs last night for my car keys, and when i got to the top i was out of breath to fuck i think i would colapse if i ran round the block

ive been riding my mountain bike a bit more recently, its ace flying down the valley at the back of my house, coming back is not so much fun.
