I'm away up to a local scrappy today to remove a a black dash as i've got the Gsi with the horrible grey dash(well inmy opinion anyway)
To the point how do i remove the whole dash in one go? Any help would be great!!!

you will need to remove hater panel, then steering wheel dials and all light switch's etc
then glovebox and surround for the gear stick
then take off the scuttle cover and wiper system undo the dash bolt from engine bay
tap out the catch pins on the doors and undo the two bolts each side of the dash
unclip all the wiring and then it shud come out

id have thought screw drivers would be better than a haynes manual, unless they did a phillips haynes manual aswell as the flat head one
