I bought me mobile off the orange website and now it wont charge so will i be able to take it into the shop in town and see if they can fix it? its on contract but only thing is im not sure if it is insured :S but i have only had it since april

it is probably covered by the manufacturers warranty, so should be able to get it fixed or replaced.
Most the orange shops are franchises, but its worth going into one and seeing what they can do.

ah well just rang and get a replacement tomorrow but i lose everything on my phone because it wont turn back on

what type of phone is it? can't you just borrow a mates battery if they have the same find of phone so you can copy your stuff B4 you get it swopped?
