Got another ECU (which i thought was the problem.....) it isn't, I still have no spark....

No power getting to the ignition module....only thing it can be is somthing that I've wired up and the only wire you have to connect thats related to that is the Black/Green one which comes from the module plug, all the way to the dashboard where i've connected it to the black wire...

But on the wiring diagrams it says the Black/Green wire is supposed to be an ignition live.....but its earthed at the moment because its connected to the black wire in the car.....

Somone please help

where in the car is this black wire ? Try the red in the drivers footwell

shall i swap the red and the black over? maybe i have them the wrong way round?

usually behind the clocks and such, black is ign live... however i know that the red in the footwell is ign live... could you get pics of the wiring as you have it ???

OK, i swapped them over and everything worked the same, ignition on all the lights on the dash working, but still no spark....

surely someone could point the poor lass in the right direction.
now if i had done this conversion(which i never intend to do because its crap,IMO) i would give advice to the damsel in distress when they ask for it.
now comon guys this is the point of a forum.
hes put god knows how many post up on here.
on other forums (PGAC rules) thye are more than happy to help with problems to do with conversions ETC.
now give the little lady a hand please
