Anyone else played this yet? Got this today - seems alright, a lot like NFS Underground... However seems like this has a bit more story - the beginning is v.cool - feels like your in a movie hehe with the cutscenes etc.
It's pretty much NFS Underground with Police as well. Though - 1 noticed improvement (I'm assuming as it's early days) is they've done away with the arcade style catch up system. In the old games you could catch up the computers easily if ahead, and they'd catch you up easily if you were ahead. This would bug me, as you could drive averagely and win easily or Push really hard, only to f*ck up slightly on the last bend and lose. Now the early races, I'm leaving the computer miles behind - although I'm sure that'll so change.
The girl that's in it is fit as too. Got some cool cars too - aswell as the usual Supra etc, there's Lambo's and Carrera Gt's...

getting it from a 'special' shop but delivery is taking ages  2 days so far 
tried the demo last week and was impressed, this one looks to be much better than the 1 & 2nd games.

So tempted to buy this for the Xbox, but I should/will have a 360 in a couple of weeks so might just hold out for that.

Great game, much better than underground IMO, but like all NFS game's get's a bit boring, loving the video's though and we'll it's got cop's *hot persuit days* loved that old NFS's.

I've not played this since I made this post - not because I don't want to, but because I'm soooo swamped with course work
- Skylined ... erm, graphics look awesome in my screen shots but PS2 version will look nothing like that as PS2 is weak.
The video bits are v.cool - I just hope they continue throughout the game - I'm also yet to be caught by the cops so I don't know what happens if they get you.

I've been caught twice by those cops in SUV's - car gets impounded if you can't pay the fine.

Bought it for Xbox today....... Liking it so far. Even modding random cars is pretty fun. The cut scenes are pretty cool, good music once again. So far so good
