What sort of benefits can be had from this stuff , worth the money ?

Is it just a sticky backed material ?

* Can reduce road noise

This can be very exppensive but there are plenty of alternatives around including "brown bread" etc.... dont buy the cheap stuff off ebay its nasty stuff to work with :S i wont make the same mistake, i suggest you do a search on www.talkaudio.com for this sort of thing it has been covered manytimes on there and there are many types to choose from
