yeh but bit torrent takes up a lot of bandwidth if your not careful and is a hell of a lot easier to trace by ISP and Big Authorities! Plus its quicker sending Limewire Pro via MSN than to download it via a slower Limewire!

no, its still vvv traceable - what do you call "personal use" do u download stuff (ie Copyright Protected Stuff - Music etc) using it? If so, thats exactly what is illegal - downloading copyrighted things - it doesn't matter if u share your stuff or just download other people stuff - still "naughty"

Yeh but it just depends what software you use as to how traceable you are. All of the filesharing programmes are designed for personal use (eg. sending photos to a family member the other side of the world - or sum gay thing like that) The only downloading of music that is really legal would be a site you pay on eg. iTunes

I find the most reliable way is to "download" the required CD from the shelf, take it to the counter, and pay!

ISP's aint interested in what you do. ISP arent going to start passing info on regarding what their customers are doing to authorities, otherwise no cunt will sign up with them!

If your silly enough not to block bad IP addresses then yes, you have chance of getting into trouble. thats when Block List Manager comes into it
