they wont be in the shops until next year.
Whats been released to the shops is only whats been pre-ordered.
IF you pre-ordered one you can pick it up tomorrow.
Each shop has run up to its quota of how many they can pre-order.
In alot of shops, if you've pre-ordered more than one, they will refund you your deposit and only allow you to order 1.

The 360's are being sold cheaper than microsoft pay for the parts and what not. They wont go down in price for a while yet
