Just done mine and although it took a while and a bit of messing about it seems much faster than before now.
Below is a link to how you find out what firmware you have on your phone and also what upgrade is available.

mine did to start with but I had to install an updated driver. Kept coming up with "found new hardware" when i plugged the phone in while holding "C"
