Changed fuel relay checked all my connections and grounds any everything is connected where it should be and all grounds are connected.
But still get no ECU light when i turn on the ignition, and can't here the fuel pump, when i turn ignition over.
Here's a pic of the footwell wiring i've done...
I cut off the connecter from the 8v loom so i could join it too the xe loom and connect it too the in car connecter.
Wires connected in that pic are...
Brown/Yellow
Green
Blue/Red Thin
Blue/Red Thick
Brown/Blue
Brown/White
Wires left from the xe loom, the wires on the left in that pic connected too the connecter from the old corsa engine loom...
Green/Black
Blue/Black
Brown/Black
The wires i have left over on the connecter i cut from the old corsa engine loom...
Thick Blue
Thick Red (Taken this too the battery positive)
Black (Taken this too the black single pin connecter by the coil pack)
That is the wiring i have done!
As i said i've also changed my fuel pump relay too.
Sorry too be a pest but i've totaly ran out of ideas, cheers.

This stage is very annoying as i well know! The wiring is slightly different to that on mine as you are using a different wiring loom. Have you pressed the valve on the fuel rail to see if you've definately got no fuel getting up?

did you take the black wire from the engine bay side of the loom and put it to a switched live? will have a plug on the end that looks like a lamda sensor plug.

the spare black wire... you sure you got 12v+ from that?
and the spare red to battery+, that should already have 12+ to it. (no need to connect to battery+)

Is there any wire from the fuel relay itself that needs to be cut and connected somewhere?

as far as i can remember the brown/blue wire is for the ecu light on dash, the black wire is 12v power for the ecu(so needs connect to positive on battery)so if it aint connected would explain why your ecu light is out(cos your ecu aint getting any power)
just a thought

I had this on tims C20XE conversion. Turns out that the person who did it before me did the following :
1. Used the wrong type of ignition live to power the ECU (The one that turns off while cranking)
2. Used the fuel pump trigger wire to power the ECU light so the light came on when you tried to crank the car.
3. Used the ECU light wire to trigger the fuel pump relay so it wouldnt start.

And remember, dont even bother with the fuel relay side of it until you have got a engine management light glowing.
