E36 M3 Evo - 0
Celica GT4 - 3

I destroyed my mates M3 Evo three times in a row last night, twice from a standstill at a set of lights... and then once from a rolling start in second gear

was rather pleased with my little car....

Is the Evo the E36?

Your GT4 will put its power down better than a RWD car wont it

M3 5.9 to 60, standing qtr mile in 13.9

I have no facts for mine as its not standard, but a reasonable time for a GT4 with 1.2bar of boost would be 5's to 60 and 13.5 qtr mile.

People have run 12.9 qtr's in GT4's with just a zaust and boost control.....

yup evo is the E36 M3

I destroyed it off the line twice... which is why we had a go from a rolling start in second gear... we were dead level up to third gear... then I pulled about half a cars length away!

in standard form I doubt there would be much in it at all...

the GT4 pulls an appauling 0-60 time as standard due to the VSV limiting the boost in first gear.... fit electronic boost control and its a different car.

Ah see would rather have the 4wd any way much better for road driving, roads aren't wide enough to swing the back out on a RWD car plus no traction in this weather

Ive just searched the net for some E36 M3 Evo stats and cant find any two 0-60 times which are the same!! they all say between 5.3 and 5.8 though!!

1/4 Mile (secs) 13.9 @ 104mph
that seems to be a fact though.

there are some heavy right footed chaps on the GT4 owners club, with the same mods as me, running a full second quicker than that

Actually, we have raced plenty (and I do mean more than one or two!) of E46's in the E36 Evo I speak of... and there is literally a flea's bollock between the two cars every time...

E46 is just slightly slightly quicker.

Nope, the only special edition ST205 (my shape) is the WRC... which is the same as a normal ST205 but with an anti lag canister on the zaust manifold and water spray bars on the charge cooler radiator - neither of which were plumbed in for use... they just there to comply with rally regs
