My comp runs slow when splitting tracks in nero, it starts the songs on the paeks graph but will play them slower. is this to do with me having a shitty on board sound card or will it be more to do with my cpu etc.

Thats processor and possibly RAM, is there a lot of hard drive activity?

IT's probably to do with the aging computer.
Thats with just nero running and nothing else, cleaned up my system to get rid of most useless draining things.
