....a while back
how about doing it early next year, when the weather cheers up a bit?
as i remember, it was gonna be split into 3 catagories
5 C20LETs
5 C20XEs
5 X/C16XEs
we could get in touch with TV and see if they want to feature it on a 3 month spread, one catagory a month
who'd be interested, and whos cars?
opinions/suggestions please

Mine will be ready for next year. Diff, super modded front end and new engine... high 12's?
Mr muppetsport should be phase 4, low 12's

Even better a lap of a track! Give my new setup a chance to really stretch its legs, the 1/4 mile isn't where my car will be at its best....

Yeah thats not really a good trackto time people round. No tight corners.
Total length is about 4.5 miles, but at least 3 of that is in two straights LOL.
Brunters is cool though, can really push your car hard.

The short corse isn't that good. The surface is VERY abrasive too, expect to do a set of tyres in if your driving hard all day.

Seriously if your thinging of using brunters it weighs hevily into LET'd cars hands because of the number of fast sweeping corners...

why don't you look into using a proper track, somewhere small like Mallory park?
Probably a lot more organising etc, but a least its a track rather than a gay straight road!

yeah, well i fugured that the LET boys would kill everything else anyway, but thats where the catagories come in, we can establish the fastest in each group
