ok was getting a 1.6 gsi engine fitted in my corsa still am but i am getting it done by dan aka j1oorsa hes starting it beginning of febuary got all gearbox etc ecu right aaaaand i need little help/opinions
am i best swapping the 1.6 for 2ltr
how much extra would be charged (roughley if i get parts)
also insured my car for 1.6 have all u 2ltr owners insured yours as 2ltr
sorry for all the questions i was just sat thinking that eventually im gonna put a ltr in maybe i should do it now
Your opinions would help me soo much cos my heads all over place trying to work it out thanks

If your goingto get a 2ltr anyway get it straight away.
If Dan is fitting it why not ask him how much extra he will charge!
Why wouldnt you insure it as a 2ltr what would be the point?

dans not in the country and my insurance refused to do the 1.6 at first only did it becuase one of there staff said they would when they shudnt so now way i can get it insured with them without changing and ive only just payed for new insurance
