I have got a a gator on my gear stick for reverse, i want to take the gear knob of, to place a new one on. All the gear knob seems to do is turn round but not come of.

Any ideas

got the knob of, but there is this yellow plastic thing, how get that of tryed plyers but ont moving

cut below the yellow thing and shorten ur stick
