for anyone who can remember, back in december when i asked for some opinions etc ( http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=248143 ), i was basically earning 14k and going to push for 19/20k.

Ive been raised to 18k with another wage increase after college in June.
Which is good as college is going amazingly, with good reports/grades etc.

At my annual review in decmeber i got 'Exceeded all recomendations' so i am now waiting on my pay rise..I want 15 % 8% would do

2.6% was mine Works out at about 20 quid extra a month after tax

Although we are now getting quarterly bonus now, can earn between 250-1150 depending on where we are % of target.

I've just had mine and the whole team got 7% as standard which is an extra £1260 a year before tax. Quite happy with that as we got a 2K pay rise in June Happy days

Got 5% in my last 6-monthly bonus, which was quite nice!

Plus I'm looking at being included in the on-call rota at the end of next month......flat-rate of £150 for the week you have the phone, plus £4 per 15 minutes for anything you deal with out of hours (minimum payment of an hour per issue dealt with).
