Can the idle speed be adjusted on the X16XE?? Seems to idle around 500rpm and feels lumpy. When I try to start it ive got to put the gas right to the floor oterwise it wont start. Any ideas? Could a exhaust manifold gaskett leak cause this??

it could be the icv is cloged up with carp or is completely nackerd take it out and give it a clean
number 4 arrowed is the idle control governor what is in the TB
