sorry bout poor quality its off my d500













brand new engine with under 3000miles




mods are,..
2.5inch system with 4inch tuneable backbox
qucikshift air filter
bailey dump valve
60mm lowering kit (springs & shox)
15"Wheels (gotta go)
boost gauge
up-rated brakes

future plans are..
16" speedline allesio 2's
roll cage
smooth boot
sideskirts
front bumper
new intercooler (or re-located with new pipework)



not colour coding, i quite like the black and red

thoughts and comments welcome

but no shitty comments please, i know its not perfect but im going to be working on it non stop to get it how i want it, its a good basis to start on i think

not bad, just needs a tidy up bodywork wise.... but as it is, it looks like a good sleeper !!!

sleeper! sort out that cooler though as it aint gettin much cold hair.. in fact i would make that your number one priority seen a few of these engines melt now and it aint pretty!

front mounting a cooler is the 1st thing, i have an 8.0l cooler in the workshop just gotta get the pipe work made up next weekend and it'll be sorted

search the scrappy for 1.7td astra and u should be able to get most of the pipework for it..

oh don't smooth the boot, if you have to go semi smooth like my old one

nothin YET gotta get used to it the way it is 1st, ive only been on the road a year an half, gone from 1.3-1.6-2.0t gonna sort the bodywork to make it look nice standard then see about more power, but i hate having a scabby lookin car

i think so, i cant be bothered with the hassle the cops gave me for re-locating the plate and not putting a light on the last 1

semi looks better anyway and if bodywork staying standard full smooth looks out of place i think...

quite a lot of xe/let conversions sit like that, im unsure of the reason,

i checked the mounts and they're all fine, and its all secure,

mayb try different mounts to see if it'll straighten up a bit cos its doing my tits in like that lol

leave the bodywork, get some decent light weight wheels on it but keep it sleeper styleeeee
