the pcd's are the same its just the offset thats wrong. get the euro wide arches and you may get away with it

i want the wheels poking out the arch's anyway, i'd just stiffen my coilovers right up, nice tidy arches on it

im wanting 15"'s but i think 14's may have to be done for the real euro look, thing is the BIG thing that is stopping me from doing all this is the roads round here are so crap its unreal, sppedbumps' uneven roads... i just dont want to break my car

i'd say go for 15's........a cheshire take on the euro style! lol

can you adjust the height on the back with coilovers or are they a set height spring?

nah fully adjustable, id have slightly flaired arches, smoothed an then poke'ie wheels

do you know where i can get adjustable rear springs only. i've got a motorbike i race and my corsa doubles up as race transport (ie towbar and trailor) and i need to jack up the rear a bit when i do go trailoring around!

trouble is if you go wider you won't pass an mot and the old polizia won't like it either as its kind of illegal iver here for sticky out wheels

why would it be illegal? due to the arches being stiffened up and the suspension will be stiff so the car wont hit the tyre...

i do like them wheels on the above though, but i want to do something different (from a UK's prospective) plus i love the look of them,

i just want to change the look of my car

i love the euro style too, but wheels that protrude the arches is an mot failer over here in blighty!

my plans in my head were:

small deep dish wheels with the arches smoothed in like above, light tint's, standard body work (just neatened up) and then smoth the side's in etc

then a semi-smothed boot with a nice legal(ish) fancy number plate just to set it off that little bit more

subtle but effective

you can still do it but you'll have to go for ones that don't stick out 4" and keep a set of spare wheels for mot time
