Just went to collect some clips for GSi skirts from local Vaux dealer. When i ordered clips the other day i enquired about price of jacking point covers. Was quoted £13 + VAT. Decided to double check what ones i needed and that i would order them when I went to pick the clips up.

Just went to get clips and said I wanted to order jacking point covers. Bloke got part numbers up on PC and goes 'not cheap these........you're looking at £120'

I told him I had been quoted £13 +VAT only 2 days ago and he says 'oh yes, you were quoted for Tigra parts'

I wasnt, as the bloke on Tuesday turned his PC screen round so i could point out what I wanted on THE PICTURE OF THE CORSA

he then said ' tell you what, ill do them for a little better than trade price, £95 +VAT'

I just said a few choice words under my breath, and said i would leave them for now

So what did everyone else pay? Surely they cant be this much? Can they

Rant over

I went to get a price list for the GSi skirt fixing kit and the dude put down the price of jacking covers on the list (even though I allready had them) and it was around £15 per cover so 1st quote sounds right.
